The repair estimate turns your inspection report into a price list. Your client sees what each finding will cost to fix, and can ask sherlock questions about their home right on the report.
On the client’s report

Two ways to turn it on
Section titled “Two ways to turn it on”The repair estimate is turned on one inspection at a time, in either of two ways:

Either way, the estimate is built once the inspection is complete. It takes a few minutes.
Your company’s price
Section titled “Your company’s price”Your company has one price for the repair estimate, which is what a client pays to unlock it on their report. Reeli sets the price and turns the repair estimate on for your company with you.
